The User agrees to purchase the services of Fame Keys, where Fame Keys will, be selling licenses/keys (long unique codes containing unique characters/numbers).

• Payments

You agree to pay all requisite fees and charges to Fame Keys. You will pay all invoice amounts through the Site or such means provided by the site (each such payment, a “Transaction“). The User may challenge the invoice amount within five (5) days from the date of receipt of the invoice, failure to which upon the sixth (6th) day, the User shall be deemed to have accepted the invoice and the amount claimed.

You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Transaction including, without limitation, your PayPal email address, your bank information routing number, bank account number, bank account type, credit card number, card verification number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, billing phone number, and email. (retain the contents applicable to your transaction) YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO USE ANY BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION OR CREDIT CARD(S) OR OTHER PAYMENT METHOD(S) UTILIZED IN CONNECTION WITH ANY TRANSACTION. Verification of information may be required prior to the acknowledgment or completion of any Transaction. Fame Keys or our agents may call or contact you regarding your account or your Transactions. You agree that we may place such calls or contact you relating to the Transaction.

Any and all payments received by Fame Keys from the User, shall first be applicable to all costs, expenses and interest due.

• Commercial reuse of services

The user herein agrees not to replicate, duplicate, copy, trade, sell, resell nor exploit
for any commercial reason any part, use of, or access to the site.

• Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fame Keys, and its affiliates, officers, director and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses and fees (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or activities in connection with, the Site or your violation or alleged violation of these Terms. You may not enter into a settlement of a claim that involves a resolution other than one consisting solely of a monetary settlement, without Fame Keys’ prior written consent. This indemnity obligation shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

• Disclaimer

THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, AND FAME KEYS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE SITE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND TITLE, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, COURSE OF DEALING, OR USAGE OR TRADE.

While we try to maintain the timeliness, integrity and security of the Site, we do not guarantee that the Site are or will remain updated, complete, correct or secure, or that access to the Site will be uninterrupted. The Site may include inaccuracies, errors and materials that violate or conflict with these Terms. Additionally, third parties may make unauthorized alterations to the Site.

• Limitation of liability

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, YOU FURTHER AGREE FAME KEYS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR FROM ANY THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS, INCLUDING FROM ANY MALWARE OR ANY VIRUS, WORM, HACK, OR MALICIOUS SOFTWARE THAT MAY BE TRANSMITTED IN CONNECTION THEREWITH. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SITE IS TO STOP USING THE SITE.

• Intellectual property right

You herein acknowledge, understand and agree that all of the Fame Keys trademarks, copyright, trade name, service marks, and other Fame Keys logos and any brand features, and/or product and service names are trademarks and as such, are and shall remain the property of Fame Keys. You herein agree not to display and/or use in any manner the Fame Keys logo or marks without obtaining its prior written consent.

• Termination

As a member of Fame Keys you may cancel or terminate your account, associated email address and/or access to our Services by submitting a cancellation or termination request to (https://discord.gg/BrxsJFW4Qf)

As a user, you agree that Fame Keys may, without any prior written notice, immediately suspend, terminate, discontinue and/or limit your account, any email associated with your account, and access to any of our Services. If there is a breach or violation of our terms.

• Governing law; jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by, and will be construed in accordance with, the laws of (United States).

• General

These Terms do not, and will not be construed to, create any partnership, joint venture, User, agency or franchisor-franchisee relationship between you and Fame Keys. • General

Any Chargeback or refund will be deemed a termination of this Agreement and restriction to access our services. In the event of a Chargeback, we reserve the option of banning you from accessing our services.

• Mod menu use

You acknowledge and agree that by purchasing our services you understand that all mod menus are intended for single player (offline) use. You further acknowledge that use of any mod menu for multiplayer (online) gaming is a violation of these Terms and Rockstar Games Terms of Service located at https://www.rockstargames.com/legal. By purchasing our services, you agree to bear full and sole responsibility for any violation of these Terms and/or Rockstar Games Terms of Service.
