• Refund information

All refunds are limited up to a 50% (Partial Refund)
To be eligible to receive a partial refund, all refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date.

• How to request

To request a refund, select the “Support” button located at the top/middle section on our website. The “Support” tab will bring you to an invite link to our Discord Server, from there, you can “Make A Ticket” in our Discord Server, located under the “Main” category, once the ticket is made, please tell us what you’re contacting us about (Requesting A Refund) then we will message you back as soon as we can to complete the process.

• What we need

Upon requesting a refund, you will be asked to provide your: (ORDER #, EMAIL, PRODUCT NAME, LICENSE KEY & REASON FOR RETURN) as well as any other information we find necessary to request.

• Refund summary

Once the refund is initiated, we will provide a screenshot & email confirmation regarding the refund. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase the item, the refund could take up to 3-5 business days to be completed.

• Please note

Fame Keys is an Official Reseller to most/all items listed on our store, meaning we do not have full control over the items listed, which leaves us to respect our partner/subsidiaries best interest, terms & policies. With that being said, we reserve the right to deny any refund requests if necessary.
